Have you been hearing the buzz about your endocannabinoid system (ECS)? If not, it’s a whole system that wasn’t discovered until the 1980s. With the push for cannabis legalization, we finally have institutions such as Harvard Medical, that have started talking about it too!
Our endocannabinoid system, ECS for short, helps to regulate all the other systems and keep us in homeostasis, where all of our systems can speak to each other and work together properly. It’s responsible for our sleep, memory, pain tolerance, immune response and much more! Unfortunately, ECS deficiency is common.
What does an ECS deficiency look like?
It can look like migraines, fatigue, depression, pain and even chronic conditions like IBS.
For me, I discovered CBD when my mom was going through leukemia and a BMT 6 years ago. Cannabidiol (CBD) helped save her life and I know now that it’s because we were feeding her ECS! It brought her back to homeostasis and she is still with us today. ❤️
What can we do about it?
There are some foods that benefit our endocannabinoid systems. (cannabinoids we make ourselves)
And then there are the phytocannabinoid rich CBD oils. It changes and saves lives, like it did my mothers and thousands of others.
